AUM "Meditation"

Awareness Understanding Meditation

Imagine if you could experience yourself completely calm and clear even in the most intense moments of your everyday life - ready to master any challenge with confidence.

This is exactly what the AUM "Meditation" offers you!

With lots of music and movement.

Forget sitting quietly on a meditation cushion - the AUM is different. This 2.5-hour, high-energy journey lets you experience various extreme emotional states in which you use your body and voice powerfully. Sweaty, loud, lively - you will feel how you can hold and change extreme energies in interaction with others.

In this unique self-awareness experience, you will go through ups and downs of emotions and states that will take you to your limits - you will always be in control of how far you want to go. You will not only learn how to hold the most intense energies, but also how to direct and transform them. The result? More serenity and inner stability in turbulent everyday life.

Experience how the simplified short version of the AUM meditation makes it easier to find your inner balance - no matter how challenging things are around you.
