You have attended a GFK beginners' seminar and would like to deepen your knowledge of GFK and your skills in order to remain more present? Would you like to recognise diminishing connection in yourself and your counterpart and know how to re-establish it?
Areas of competence:
- Active listening, as a bridge to connection.
- Establish presence with oneself and the other person.
- Overcoming communication barriers
- Gain clarity in the four key distinctions:
What did I really perceive and what do I interpret?
What can I feel in the body and what is my thought?
What is my need, what is the strategy to fulfil my need?
What is the advantage of a genuine request and the consequence when I demand?
This seminar is the ideal complement to your basic knowledge of NVC, as well as its expression in communication and its possible effect on the other person. to explore more deeply and to make them conscious.
We know the mechanics quickly, but implementing or even internalising them often goes completely against our learned reaction patterns. Before changing these reaction patterns, it is helpful to know and experience them.
