You have attended a GFK beginners' seminar and would like to deepen your knowledge of GFK and your skills in order to remain more present? Would you like to recognise diminishing connection in yourself and your counterpart and know how to re-establish it?

  • Establish presence with oneself and the other person.
  • Overcoming communication barriers
  • Gain clarity in the four key distinctions:

    • What did I really perceive and what do I interpret?

    • What can I feel in the body and what is my thought?

    • What is my need, what is the strategy to fulfil my need?

    • What is the advantage of a genuine request and the consequence when I demand?

This seminar is the ideal complement to your basic knowledge of NVC, as well as its expression in communication and its possible effect on the other person. to explore more deeply and to make them conscious.

We know the mechanics quickly, but implementing or even internalising them often goes completely against our learned reaction patterns. Before changing these reaction patterns, it is helpful to know and experience them.

What is the time frame for this seminar?

The GFK-Vertiefer seminar lasts 2 days, each from 9 am - 5 pm.

Details about this seminar

Small print

Prerequisites: You have attended an introductory NVC seminar and have knowledge of the four basic elements and the NVC approach.

Number of participants: Experience shows that the seminar will have between 4 and 8 participants.

Registration: Please register via this page, the registration is considered definite. As soon as we have enough registrations, we will inform you by email. This is the case at least 2 weeks before the start of the seminar.

Deposit: You will receive an invoice upon confirmation of completion.

Resignation: Should you withdraw from the registration, the following provisions apply: Up to 14 days before the start of the seminar, we charge CHF 50 processing fee. From 14 to 7 days before the start of the seminar, we charge 50% of the seminar costs. Less than 7 days before the start of the seminar, we will charge the full seminar costs. If you bring a substitute participant in your place, any costs will be waived. Cancellations will only be considered and confirmed in writing. Please check the possibility of a travel cancellation insurance which covers your seminar costs in case of illness.

Cancellation of the event: If there are less than 4 registrations 60 days before the start of the seminar, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the seminar. If the new dates do not suit you, we will refund all previous fees in full. Such a cancellation or postponement will not result in any cost reduction.

Certifkat: Upon completion, you will receive a personal certificate of attendance.

Creditability: This seminar can be credited as training for - certification as a trainer for Nonviolent Communication at the Center of Nonviolent Communication (CNVC.org) as well as for - recognition as a trainer by the Fachverband Gewaltfreie Kommunikation (trade-association-gfk.org).

 

Seminar location

The seminar will take place in the seminar rooms of Fokus Empathie at Wolfgrabenstrasse 1a, 8135 Langnau am Albis.

Meals (main meals) are at the expense of the participants and are not included in the seminar price. Food can be brought along (kitchen and available) or restaurants or shops can be found in Langnau.

Any overnight accommodation will be organised by the participants themselves and will be at their own expense. We do not insist in any way on overnight accommodation being provided on site.

The seminar price includes the course fees, coffee, tea, water and brain food in the seminar room. The seminar price is fixed and cannot be modified.
